You may return, in new condition, most items sold by Infinite Niche through any of our e-commerce sites within 30 days of delivery for an in-store credit equal in amount to the purchase price of the product(s) you are returning with the exception that items priced above $50.00 may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
You may return damaged or defective merchandise within 30 days for replacement only. If the item has been discontinued or is out of stock, we will substitute a similar item of like value or extend in-store credit at our discretion.
We normally do not offer cash refunds but we reserve the right to do so. Should we determine that issuing a cash refund is the appropriate course of action in your case, we will send a company check via First Class U.S. Mail.
Under no circumstances will we authorize a return or exchange for any item beyond 30 days from the date of sale.
Should you need to return an item you purchased, please write to us at returns@infiniteniche.com or call us toll-free at (888) 224-7124 to obtain authorization for your return. Please provide your order number if available and the reason why you are returning the item.
